Not necessarily. We can manage your existing services, or recommend a change if another option is more reliable or better value for your site.
How does failover work?
A router with a mobile backup link detects when the main connection fails and switches traffic over automatically, then switches back when it recovers. Most staff won't notice.
How long does a new connection take?
It depends on the technology and location, from days for some NBN services to several weeks for new fibre. We'll give you realistic lead times up front and plan around them.
