Which firewalls do you support?

We specialise in SonicWall and Cisco Meraki. If you have another business-grade firewall, we'll assess whether to manage it or plan a replacement.

Do we still need a firewall if everything is in the cloud?

In most cases, yes. Your office network still carries laptops, printers and guest traffic, and the firewall controls what gets in and out. Its role changes, but it doesn't disappear.

How quickly do you patch firewall vulnerabilities?

Firewall vulnerabilities are a favourite target, so we treat critical ones as urgent and apply vendor fixes or workarounds as soon as they're available, in line with Essential Eight patching timeframes.
