Devices

The right devices, ready to work out of the box.

Laptops bought ad hoc and set up by hand are slow to deploy and hard to secure. We help you choose business-grade devices, deliver them pre-configured through Windows Autopilot and Intune, track them through their working life, and retire them securely when they're replaced.

What's included

Device Procurement & Lifecycle

  • Advice on what to buy

Business-grade laptops, desktops, monitors and phones matched to each role and budget, not consumer models.

  • Zero-touch setup

Devices enrol through Windows Autopilot and Intune, so staff sign in and their apps, settings and security arrive automatically.

  • A standard build

One consistent, hardened configuration on every device, which makes support faster and security easier to prove.

  • Asset and warranty tracking

Every device recorded with its user, age and warranty, so replacements are planned rather than urgent.

  • Refresh planning

A rolling replacement schedule that spreads the cost and keeps unsupported hardware out of your fleet.

  • Secure retirement

Data wiped and devices removed from management before they're reused, sold or recycled.

The outcome

What changes for you.

  • New starters productive on day one
  • Every device secured the same way
  • Replacement costs planned in advance
  • No data leaving on old laptops

FAQ

Common questions.

Do we have to buy devices through you?

No. We're happy to advise on and enrol devices you buy elsewhere, as long as they're business-grade and support Windows Autopilot.

What is Windows Autopilot?

It's Microsoft's way of setting up new Windows devices from the cloud. A device can ship straight to a staff member, and when they sign in it configures itself with your apps, settings and security policies.

How long should business laptops last?

Most organisations replace laptops every three to five years, depending on how they're used and the warranty. We'll recommend a cycle that balances cost with reliability and security support.

Security review

Let's talk about your IT and security.

Our security review assesses your environment against the Essential Eight and best practice, ranks the biggest risks and gives you a practical, costed plan to fix them, in plain English.
